Well, I'll share my experience: The branch is small, and there are many of us who need Banorte's banking services. This branch is too small for the demand. I went yesterday (Tuesday, May 15, 2018) and it was nice to see that they now have an automated system for providing the different services, as well as seating while waiting. I went to replace my physical token and it didn't take more than 15 minutes (excellent). The representative who helped me was very kind and considerate of my issue. I still want to mention the size of the branch; the main waiting area needs to be expanded.

Very good branch. I use their ATMs frequently because it's close to my home. I like that there are several ATMs, so banking is quick. I've also received very good customer service. Now, with the pandemic, they've changed the service protocol for the safety of both customers and staff. A bank that cares about its customers' health.

It's the slowest branch in the world. With their new number-based system, it took me over an hour to make a cash deposit. I had to leave and find another branch because they told me the system gives preference to other customers. Terrible service, and I'll never return to that branch because they generally provide terrible service and are very slow.
