Always had a bad service. Never help anything. Never. Staff forgot what they suggest. and whenever follow what they instructed, they said it’s not applicable. Very boring of this branch. Never impress. Stay away from here as much as possible

This afternoon, I went to the Zhongshan branch because I had mistakenly applied for online courses, resulting in unauthorized charges. Not knowing how to resolve the issue, I was fortunate to meet Ms. Cai Peiyu, a service staff member on the second floor, who was incredibly kind and helped me reply to the online message. She immediately gave me a new card and even went downstairs to help me, an elderly person, change my password. I am extremely grateful to Ms. Cai. Thank you so much! 🙏
I'd like to especially thank the guide and C4 Ms. Chu for their assistance. The former was attentive and helpful with my deposit, while the latter thoughtfully contacted customer service to help me resolve my account issue. Their overall service was professional and warm, and truly commendable.
I used this place to open a credit card, make a deposit, and exchange foreign currency. Ms. Chu at the C4 counter was very helpful. 👍🏻 She even asked if I needed ice water while I was waiting. Overall, the experience was excellent! You can tell they really care about customer service.
