There are days and hours when it's busy and the waiting time is long, but that's because locals know how good the workers are. They always put their absolute best to help every costumer. Throughout the last year been there several times with different tasks and out of all the branches I had previously experienced to work with, they are actually solving and explaining everything in detail if something goes wrong. So ye, you may need to come early in the morning to avoid waiting or just be patient. Nevertheless, you can be sure this branch workers will do everything in their power to help you.

I would like to praise the teller at #1 counter this morning. Even though she could not assist with my enquiry, she took time to phone another bank to ask if they could help me exchange foreign currency. Thank you for your assistance and kindness. I very much appreciate it. 🙏😊

I was a bit nervous going here because of all the bad reviews, but I got here right at 9am when it opened and didn’t have to wait at all. I wanted to use my bank card abroad and someone who spoke English was able to help me, he was very nice and it took less than 10 minutes. Super easy and quick.

The most slowest brunch of the bank, if you happen to have account in Cathay, choose the other office, or empty your whole day.

Super inefficient and unprofessional. Saying sorry all the time without actual improvement.
