Kudos for a very pleasant customer service experience here. Foreign exchange was a breeze. I would like to commend Ms.Doreen C. for patiently accommodating my request- she was kind, friendly and was straightforward with my transaction. Also commendable was their manageress? And also their security guard who helped guide me where to sit and which counter to go to. Also handling fee for foreign exchange is ok here at 100ntd per currency type. Thank you for such a good experience!
This branch has very good teller service, but unfortunately it is ruined by the security guard's bad attitude!
