The entire company sucks. Their expat services suck. Their English level sucks. Their comptehension of your needs sucks. Their apps sucks. Do not go there. They just suck.
They are extremely slow and their currency exchange rates are borderline criminal.
I went to get new banknotes for Chinese New Year. This year I saw a banknote exchange machine. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. The staff were friendly; I felt like I was getting VVIP service. 👍👍👍👍
因為家兄總是搞不動網路銀行，一回美就無法使用，臨櫃請職員幫忙存款，匯款以及網銀使用的問題！ 櫃員陳羿玟非常有耐心，最後還親自到ATM機操作示範，怕家兄會忘記，把所有程序都寫下來，整整兩張！ 非常感恩！
