I had an appointment here this afternoon. And it was the worst experience I've ever had at any bank. It was crowded, noisy, and disorderly. They didn't let me take a number, just told me to wait. And while I waited, I saw people coming in later getting served first. The staff were busy processing paperwork. The customers were noisy, and the security and staff couldn't manage the flow. I thought: What are these customers doing? How long will it take/how many more rounds will it take? If it's crowded, they shouldn't accept customers. If they do accept them, how long will it take? Sigh, instead, they made me wait until evening without knowing if I'd even get my transaction done. I felt neglected - Techcombank is so unprofessional, like a marketplace.

Are the branch staff so bored that they keep calling me to open credit cards, year after year? I blocked them on my landline and now they're bothering me on my mobile. I'd rather withdraw all my money and transfer it to another bank. It's such a nuisance.

The security guard and the staff are cute. Enthusiastic support. I will evaluate it while sitting at the bank.

They work very slowly, wasting customers' time. They pester customers to register for this or that, promising higher interest rates when depositing. After depositing, they say it takes 2-3 weeks for approval depending on the account, and that the interest rate will increase by 0, etc. In the end, it doesn't increase... Every time I go, they ask me to open a credit card, and then this and that. They don't focus on resolving issues quickly to save people's time. I'm probably going to switch to another bank to avoid all this hassle.

You guys are very cute, quick, always crowded with customers and work very enthusiastically. This is the busiest branch in District 11.
