The Techcombank driver was arrogant and disrespectful, getting in and out of the car without regard for the customer's vehicle, disregarding traffic laws, and treating the customer with contempt.

The security guard at the number-taking counter should review their work methods and attitude. When I entered, I mentioned I had an appointment with the staff member named Chau. I was told to get a number, but after receiving it, I was met by someone else. Their service attitude and communication style showed a complete disregard for customers. Once inside, they treat customers as if they're still in the car, no matter what.
