After posting the status, I sat there waiting for an hour without calling anyone. There's no board to post statuses either :) If you want to call someone, just call them and then why post a status? So many people came after you and left, it's not your turn yet. What a strange thing to do.
This afternoon I went to withdraw money, but employee Vo Thi Kim Kha was extremely unprofessional. The transaction was incredibly slow, and she made mistakes in the information, causing me to wait a very long time. Customers at other counters who came after me and withdrew larger amounts finished much earlier. She was very pretentious and had an unpleasant attitude towards customers when they had questions. Ms. Huyen and another employee assisted Ms. Kha in completing the transaction, but after giving instructions, she didn't relay them to the customer, leaving the customer to listen to Ms. Huyen's explanation. I request that Techcombank review this employee; she is highly unprofessional.
Terrible service, it took almost half an hour for just one person to handle it. I didn't expect Techcombank here to be this bad.
