ASN Bank 5A Huizerweg Bussum

Online, it says the bank is open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. So there I was, standing in front of a closed door. I called SNS. "Apologies for this, and we're working on making changes to the website." How hard can this be?! Meanwhile, I'm now reading a review that says the SNS website hasn't been updated in three months! What terrible service!! SNS has since addressed this complaint and handled it properly. Very helpful.

Closed on Saturday but couldn't find anything about it online, drove an extra mile for nothing

It is not about the place where I have been, but about the way the bank works. I am supposed to keep my statements for 10 years for tax purposes, but the bank itself cannot keep them for more than 7 years. How is this possible?

I can imagine that more and more people are struggling with current bank service and accessibility. I am one of them. However, the ASN/SNS bank branch in Bussum always offers good service and attention. Even when there are organizational changes that cannot be attributed to human error. This was also the case last Friday, when I was helped in an extremely tactful, efficient, and friendly manner by one of the employees. Thanks again for this.
