My account is repeatedly blocked without reason, preventing me from meeting appointments. I would appreciate it if the bank contacted me regarding the blocking. They are now playing with my reputation and, by extension, with the trust I have built up in investment projects.
People talk about a "closed" office but are misreading it. Kerkstraat, where the bank used to be, is indeed closed. KerkBRINK is where the bank is now located and is open as usual. Reading it carefully is sometimes harder than writing a review.
What wonderful staff! They take the time to help you when you need it. We were complaining about having to go all the way from Maarssen to a regular branch, but they helped us just fine.
