Not satisfied with the service. Waited for 1.5hrs to be told to get to another queue or come another day. Under staffed.
The service was very slow and needs improvement. I visited around 10 AM and there were only two staff members serving customers. There was one staff member at a high counter, and a queue of over 20 people was waiting, but the service was still slow because they were busy selling products.
The wait is long, especially before noon when it's very crowded. I understand because a lot of people use the service.
I haven't even finished depositing and withdrawing money yet. Is it okay for the branch manager to throw money at other customers to count? Doesn't the manager have any manners? Why the long face?
The service is very slow. There are long queues. The staff are working very slowly. Many customers are queuing, but many people are disappearing from the queue. My experience with Kasikorn Bank and Siam Commercial Bank is a completely different story.
