The service is incredibly slow. There are 20 people in line, and there are too few staff. Why aren't they speeding up the work? This is a branch in a busy market; shouldn't they be hiring more staff?
I went to wait to do a transaction. The staff were not friendly at all. The person pressing the queue card seemed like he was working and waiting to retire. The service counter didn't call me at all. I went from having fewer than 10 people until 20-30 people arrived. The staff at the counter disappeared somewhere. I waited for over 40 minutes, only one person in line. So I walked back to return the card. I went to the Rotana Nakhon branch and it took less than 10 minutes. There were 5-6 people in line before me, but they worked very quickly.
All the staff are fierce, especially the one with the short hair and pointed nose. They're the fiercest. Just asking about the queue, they look like they're tired. I know it's crowded these days, but it's service work, right? If I didn't have to change my number, I wouldn't go to this bank.
On October 25th, I went to apply for the "Half-Half" program at a store. I had all the necessary documents and had been in line since 6 a.m. When it got late, I had to stand in the sun until it was time to go. I almost fainted. I wanted to walk out into the shade, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get in line again. I had to poop, so I didn't dare. When the opening time was 8:30, I was number 23 in line. It was fast, but I waited about two hours for my turn. When I went in, the officer opened the documents and started filling out the information. I found a problem with the page where the Phasi Charoen District Officer had signed, stamped, and clearly stamped the date. I also had to have the 02 phone number, which is the direct contact number for the district. It was correct, and I didn't think there would be a problem. Tens of thousands of people had gone to apply, and they were all doing the same thing. But the problem was the phone number. The bank officer said the 02 number did
There were ten customers but only one employee. It was a terrible experience. We only had three customers in line and waited for almost two hours.
