I will never come to this branch again. The staff called one person and then took a break for almost 30 minutes, walking around. There's a bureaucratic system. People generally recommend going elsewhere. Waited 2 hours... and they called less than 8 people. That's enough for this branch.

Terrible. Extremely slow service. Three people in line, waiting for hours. No improvement whatsoever.

Very slow. Walking around. When other people are not important, they come to sit and wait for the staff. They only care about the rich people. They don't care about the people who have been waiting for a long time. Very bad. People have business to attend to and need to go quickly. Very bad.

This Krung Thai Bank branch has far fewer customers than the branch in Pathum Thani market. There also seems to be fewer staff members; many counters are empty. 😅 However, the service is good. They are especially attentive to elderly customers, patient, and don't rush or raise their voices. There's also an elevator. Waiting times vary, sometimes long, sometimes short, depending on the time of day. The place is clean and spacious, with parking available. The restrooms are also clean.

I recommend going to another branch for any transaction. I was cut in line, and the bureaucracy was overwhelming, with queues reserved. Branch staff called one person, took a 30-minute break, and then walked around in circles.
