today 1/08/2025 Very bad experience at BMCE Carre Eden marrakech The staff member was rude and unhelpful She told me I needed an appointment to open an account, like it’s a hospital She also said I needed a passport even though I had my national ID. Clearly, she just didn’t want to work and preferred talking on the phone Very unprofessional
Bad dealing with customers. They don't want to work and give reasons that don't exist. Just so that they don't help you achieve what you want to do or know about your account. As for me, I will not return to this bank again, and I will close my account in it
Was told the atm worked, it then swallowed my card and the transaction was declined. Thankfully the staff retrieved the card. I now have to follow up with my bank. I’ll avoid this bank chain from here on.
Good service with English speaking staff. I'm very happy to have those guys nearby.
