DBS Westgate Branch (All Services) #04-36 Westgate 3

I Zubaidah called the hotline was served by Siti at 10.17am. Seriously I dont like to call the hotline sometimes it can be very frustrating. When I called earlier around 9am after going through the steps suddenly the machine say my time out huh??? Anyway, I dont know which department to call just to query a simple question when will the new notes for hari raya be issued. Siti got my number n somebody should call me . Hmm its almost 24hrs....no courtesy call. Maybe I should call next year to query.

I would like to compliment a staff of DBS Westgate branch. She is Saraswathy Arlthas. She help us to close a personal account and re open a joint name account on 26 Jan 2026. Her service was excellent, She was patient when she answer all our queries and carried her job duties very well. And i also wish to inform that many times I went to the branch, I had met nice counter staffs, I notice they always put on a smile when they serve customers.

I wanted to just say thank you nice lady handling ticket queue and assistant manager who helped me the other day. Prior to this I been to 2 other branches and they also had a long queue and not able to serve me. I came here while I had to wait but the bank prioritize supports in providing assistance on things that can be solved quickly. Thanks again

I had an outstanding experience @ the DBS Westgate branch recently. I needed clarification on an instalment payment plan I had unknowingly applied for, and the bank staff Ms Joanne Low assisted me with exceptional patience & professionalism. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly explained all my options, allowing me to resolve my banking issue smoothly. Excellent service overall !

Came on 23th Feb .2026, (Monday) Because of my ATM card been Retain at Jem,, so I have to go to DBS bank (Westgate).
