The staff and service at this outlet are absolutely wonderful! I visited on the afternoon of Thursday, 26/2/26. I understand this is a busy branch, so there was already a long queue before us. The Malay woman who gave out numbers was so kind and understanding towards my situation; she went above and beyond to make sure I was seen as soon as possible. (I wish I got her name) The staff who served me, Ms. Tan, was also friendly and approachable. She was very understanding, and provided a clear, easy-to-understand explanation to my issue. I'm truly grateful for the amazing service I received, and glad that this is the closest branch to me.

Went there on a Saturday, it's quite full as expected. But the staffs were responsive, queuing is easy as you can register through texts. No need to wait in place as DBS keep you updated through text. The service itself is quite quick and they don't ask unnecessary questions.

Rude service, very inefficient banking system. I have bank account in 3 different countries, so far DBS Singapore is the worst. I am a foreigner with sing pass, the process was very inefficient. It took 1 week for application review, even so, I need to upload some documents, because I failed to upload the documents, I called the CS, and they suggested me to go to the bank branch in person. So i went there, be in the queue line for almost 2 hr, only to meet rude staff stating they can not help me, so I went back home, and called the CS again, and they suggested me to wait while they are escalating my issue. Just so you know, I have been back and forth to the bank for 3 times, those were because the CS i called online told me to go to the bank in-person because my problem couldn't be solved through call or online. So I went to the bank, but it seems the staff in the branch and staff is online/call have different understanding how the system works, so I ended up with frustration every tim

EVERY YEAR IS THE SAME FOR CNY NEW NOTES WITHDRAWALS. 🤦🤦🤦🤦COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SYSTEM. SIMPLY BOCHAP. Note the high tendency $10 runs out quickly coz it's red and a good denomination to give out to kids. This afternoon I went to q on a grudge after failing the online reservation AGAIN. People all bloody complaining they've waited more than an hour for $10 to be replenished. Some said they've q for 2 hours before. I saw some people with more than 3 transactions coz they're withdrawing from their spouse and kids' card too. 🤦 The online reservation system I think is reserved for treasures and wealth clients! Tried to reserve at 9.05am and is already fully reserved!!!

Stupidest DBS branch with the rudest staff. Why can't have a separate queue for just form submission and have to make them join the same damn long queue with the rest who needs counter services? I was here on 5 Jan morning 8:30am, queue was already freaking long. I walked to the entrance staff asking if I can pass the form to her. She did not give me a chance to finish my sentence then cut me short and point away saying "Go wait for your queue". Can you at least listen to your customer and understand what the request is about first? This is basic business etiquette (which you don't possess). Super rude and turned off. Then I went back to the queue and waited for donkey years, when it was finally my turn, I passed the form to another female staff informing her I want to submit this form. She took it without asking any question and it was done (!!!), in less than 2 seconds (which was much shorter when I first walked to the first lady and trying to explain my needs). Excuse me? What is
