I was there with my Aunt at 2pm with queue no. 3031 via SMS text. Stated "1 customer in front of you". We were there to open a joint fixed deposit acc. Served by counter 5. Everything went smoothly. Was told to wait for cashier counter to deposit the money. Was told by staff that it might took a while for they needed to check my Aunt's (1st time, no banking record with Maybank) background. At 3pm, there was a lion dance performance, ended by 3.15pm. We were still waiting. A lady staff approached us with our application form & "trying to sell other saving plans" which counter 5 already explained & my Aunt still preferred to stick to 1 year fixed deposit. I approached the staff a few times to ask about the process but was told it might takes 2 hours to open an acc. A young gentleman staff who approched customers for credit card application also helped me to check with the cashier counter. In the end, my Aunt decided not to wait & I told the staff to cancel our application & we left at 3

One of the female teller Michelle was very rude to me and didn't follow my instruction. I'm asking for bank card replacement and she chg my address without my permission and give me a lot of other nonsense. Hope the management will look into this, the attitude of her is unacceptable she shouldn't be at front line facing the customer. Shame of MAYBANK.

The staff at the queue number counter was very helpful, patiently explained the banking information with a warm smile, and provided speedy service. Thank you

Very pleased with the bank officer/teller Ms Toh who attended to me today. She was very patient, helpful and courteous. 5 stars for her!!

Had a very pleasant experience at this branch. Counter staff were very patient and helpful. There is a wait time but it's processed very orderly. Staff try to do their best to accommodate your needs.
