If it weren't for the license requiring us to pay the deposit via Krungthai, we would not come here. The service is incredibly slow. Took nearly 2 hours for a quick service of a few minutes. Only 3 counters open, and they seemed to only really start working just before closing time. The B ticket was not handled for over an hour, as the only counter that was doing those, was busy. Bad organization and slow service.

Terrible system, staff can't communicate clearly, waiting lines are huge and slow, they've charged me for the service I didn't ask for without explaing properly what I'm getting myself into. AVOID!! Completely unprofessional.
This branch is huge, but they only have one account opening counter, and it takes an hour per case. They should provide beds for customers to sleep on while waiting! It's a complete waste of time. Urgent improvement needed!! 😮💨
I waited for two hours to apply for a new "Kon La Khrueng" (half-half) program at a shop I'd been using since 2022. It was a complete waste of time. Customers were lining up until there were no seats available. There were only two open stalls for vendors. There were staff at stalls 1-4, but they weren't serving customers. Just wait. Those waiting, just wait. 555 Don't come to this branch.
