I had a wonderful experience at this bank branch. The building itself is beautiful, the staff are incredibly polite and professional, and they helped me with everything right away. I’m really happy with my visit—it’s definitely one of the best branches I’ve been to, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Very happy with my first experience at Kasikorn Bank. I did arrive prepared to open an account but the lady who opened my account was very efficient, helpful and friendly. I like that they use more technology in their business. This made the transaction faster than expected. The bank is in a beautiful building with a calm classic interior. Thank you. A great first visit.
Kasikorn bank, Phuket town branch. It's built in old style and one of tourist attraction in both day and night. Moreover, there are several graffiti nearby. It's worth walking around.
Long wait just to get a replacement debit card. Think I waited over an hour, this kasikorn bank branch is inefficient and service abysmal. Looks great from the outside, but probably one of the worst kasikorn branches I’ve been to. Hugely disappointed for something that should take 20 mins!
Opened my retirement bank account today very easy and efficient staff helpful and polite car parking can be a bit tricky would recommend K-Bank
