They work very slowly. Lots of staff, but only one person receives people. They do everything very slowly. On average, they serve one person every 30 minutes. If you are 5th in line, then you have to wait at least 2 hours.
cannot open account on DTV visa
Very very slow. Lots of staffs, but they work very inefficiently . I made a bad decision to come here.
4 floor in central festival
It's good. We walked around a bit and arrived at the security guard who came up to ask and smiled. We informed the security guard of our intentions and pressed a queue card for us to wait in 2 queues. There weren't many people, about 10 people. When it was our turn, the staff raised their hands in greeting and smiled. They took care of our business and finished in just a moment. They were so cute that they called us "brother" (usually they call us "uncle" 😂).
