May be the slowest functioning bank i have ever been to.. Starting with being in a quee, to get another quee number..Incharge at the entrance of the bank attends to all the queries and is the only person who has access to giving a quee number.. delay starts right from entrance.. staff functions very slowly too.. who ever is incharge , please do something to improve your customer experience!

Customer service experience has gone bad to worst. Their culture is counter staff talking among themselves while customer had to wait for them to finish their small talk before they press the Q number to be called. Customer Service Hotline from 24 hrs to 8am to 8pm. Got scammer called me verifying my name, nric and my last 4 digits of my new unactivated credit card. POOR SERVICE, SO I WITHDRAW ALL MY MONIES AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. CEO - your staff really sucks by keeping customers waiting. Not one occasion but 3 occasions when there are only 2 or 3 persons waiting for their Q number to be called. Please remove such lousy and unprofessional staff at front counters.

What documents do I need to open an account as a non-resident working in Singapore for less than three months? My residential address is in Malaysia. Can the proof of address be a letter from my landlord?

This outlet opens Mon To Sat (11am to 7pm) which is a plus point for a local bank providing service to Singapore. Outlet is located at Level 1 just opposite Mcd and beside Liho (at the time of writing). Staff is helpful and patient.
