Always received great service from maybank everytime i need help with issues regarding my account. This branch is no exception! Jenny was so helpful and professional in helping me with my ordeal and I was done in less than 15 minutes.

The counter 4 lady helped me to settle my disabled internet banking acct and atm card. It’s a lengthy process as there are forms to be prep and signed, but the staff’s efficiency greatly countered it and minimize the delay. It’s a solid 5 stars rating for her service quality 👍

called in to service center to ask for better rates for changing USD to SGD, was told to go down to the branch by Chai Joon. After going down to the branch, was served by Chyn Yen. Was told that better rate is just 0.1% better than the board rate... why even bother to ask me to go down if they cannot offer something better. spot rate to the rate that they gave me was over 130 basis point. After I told Chyn Yen I need a better rate, she proceed to go to another counter, asking her colleague if possible, and come back to tell me cannot. Even DBS board rate is better than this special rate. she proceed to immediately keep the form and say you can go back internet to transfer if you want to. pay monkey get peanuts is true story.. maybank really cmi...
