Today I went to this bank to update my new Apple app, but the staff said it couldn't be done and I had to go back to the original branch where I opened my account. That branch is very far away, and I was confused why I had to go back. Why can other banks do it this way? I needed to use my phone, so I agreed to go to the original branch. When I got there, I explained to the staff that I had just been to that branch. They said, "Oh, you again? Actually, you don't need to come all the way here; you can do it this way." It was so frustrating; what should have been just one or two hours turned into a whole day. Terrible service.
At the Lotus Bangkapi branch, my bankbook and ATM card are missing. To get a new ATM card, the staff told me to go back to the branch where I opened my account to get it done first. If my account is in Chiang Mai, do I have to go all the way to Chiang Mai? Can't this branch do this for me? This is terrible.
