The best Kasikorn bank branch I’ve been so far. There’s not a lot of people going here so I didn’t have to wait for a long time before it was my turn. The staff who helped me didn’t speak a lot of English but that was not a problem because she phoned the call center who provided me with all the information and the next steps. I got all the things I needed done in less than 15 minutes. The other staff in the branch were quite polite as well.
Been here twice. Same experience both times. Unprofessional. Impolite. Incredibly slow. Never again.
Convinient location
Located in The Nine Shopping Mall, Kasikorn Bank 🏦 I frequently use this branch. Although it's not a large one, it's convenient because there aren't many customers and the wait times are short.
A female service employee with long hair tied up at counter number 4 today provided poor service. She was too busy playing with her phone. She answered questions with a sarcastic tone. She provided sarcastic details. After the service, she should have said thank you, but this woman didn't. She ended the service by playing with her phone and showing it to the customer. I'd like the Kasikornbank Human Resources Development Team to improve the service further.
