A well-run full-service branch. Usually not too crowded, except for month-end. Convenient working hours 10:00-17:30.

Terrible customer service. The many attempts to utilize technology failed miserably. The actual human staff couldn't manage to assist me in registering the compulsory mobile app. OTP was not received, to which the staff kept blaming my mobile service, which SMS functionality works fine. After 20 minutes none of the 3 staff couldn't figure out a solution to get an OTP so i can access my own bank account for my own money. On top of that, the compulsory iPad isn't optimized for left-handed people therfore signing my own signature was a massive struggle. Just overall a disappointment of a bank. If it weren't for my company's bank switch I wouldn't go near Kbank.

Not crowded! Good that they open every day 10am-6pm sometimes closes early maybe due to Covid19 situation! Service ok just don’t call this branch somehow they have no time to answer your calls! Get direct mobile number from the staff is the best!

First time visiting this branch of Kasikorn Bank. Greeted by a very lovely young lady who assisted me with setting up the K Bank app and then showed me how the app works and made the necessary payments for me.. Thank you kindly for your wonderful assistance..
