KBank Koh Phangan is run by incompetent people who have zero empathy for tourists. My international card got stuck in their machine, and instead of helping, the staff treated me like a nuisance. ​They refused to return the card even though the owner was available on video call to verify everything. They just kept saying "owner must come"—knowing full well the owner is in a different country. They are literally watching a human being get stuck with no funds and shrugging their shoulders. Incredibly rude, dismissive, and lazy. If you’re a traveler, stay far away from their ATMs and this branch. They are a disgrace to Thai hospitality.

Terrible customer service, genuinely shocking for a bank. I went to this Kasikorn Bank branch to replace a broken credit card and asked for a travel card. The staff member was impolite, clearly annoyed by questions, and gave no explanation of the product. No leaflet, no written information, no effort, I was simply told to “go on the website.” So, to be clear: I go physically to the bank, pay annual fees, have been a customer for three years, and I’m told to go online and call a call center to understand a card I’m being sold. This is honestly absurd. I took the card only because I needed something urgently, but this is not the first bad experience here and it will be the last. I will be changing banks.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the staff member working at Counter 1 on November 2, 2025. They provided outstanding support with my international transfer request. I was particularly impressed by their excellent English skills, which made the entire process very smooth and clear. They were extremely enthusiastic and friendly, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to grasp. Thank you for such great service!

I visited this branch for a face scan in order to use one of their app's services and I've had a pretty good experience. I only waited a couple of minutes before an agent took care of my request and she did it in a timely maneer.

KBank Koh Phangan is an absolute joke. Their ATM swallowed my card and the staff refused to help at all. I offered a video call and ID from the owner, and they just sat there saying "can’t help" like robots. Zero common sense and zero empathy for travelers. Now I’m stuck on an island with no money because they’d rather hold a piece of plastic hostage than be human. Absolute trash service.
