Went there when they opened at 09.00, very good service, got what I wanted without difficulty.
The best thing was the customer care. He was really helpful and even when his time was already up he stayed and solved our issue. That was really nice. The worst thing is that the line was too big and there were no chairs to sit on. If the place is always that busy, they should think about that (which I think is an issue from other reviews).
The service is fast and good. I arrived at 17:10 and at 17:40 I was already out, having opened an account. Although on the website the slots for the visit were a month away
Have been sitting here since the bank was supposed to be open an hour later there’s just bunch of people waiting to get the service but no one is working please fix your opening times if u can’t work like you should! 2years later 2024 nothing Has changed people have Been sitting and waiting for over 2h and nothing’s happening don’t waist your time on that bank overall
I could not put 1 star. 3 people "working", but no one serving customers. Only speaking eachoter. Terrible!
