This could be a long review, but I just thought it's unfair when the rating here is low (or at least, the low rating here isn't in accordance with my own experience with S-pankki), so I wrote something. I am literally not a VIP one to get sponsor from S-pankki so you can trust my review. I opened my S-pankki account online easily, and it was activated immediately after being created. I cannot do it with other banks even when I have a valid passport, residence permit and Finnish ID number. Not to mention S-pankki account costs zero/month, while other banks charge me 2 cups of coffee each month without bringing me any interest. I opened my rental deposit account at the branch smoothly, while other banks do not let me do it such easily. Yes, I reached other banks for this matter before coming to S-pankki, so I know it well. The staff was really nice and she did everything quickly. A draft of rental deposit agreement was made for me to take home before the bank sent an official one to my

Professional and kind Good clerk and manager. I was misinformed but they kindly correct everything and even gave me chocolate and discount coupon for their mistake.

Slow service Waiting time is too long Time is money, I will suggest s-pankki to faster their service.

Worst customer service ever ! Have to wait hours ! Just waisted time , very poor system! Not recommend by any means

FYI if you have to wait 1-2h for your turn and you happen to lose your paper then you will get denied
