The location is hard to find. It’s at the end of the building beyond Prisma and Lidl. The queue is long. But the service provider we have met is very professional, calm and humble. She also can speak English well. I give 4 stars for her. Kiitos !!!

I don't know why there are many bad reviews. May be because of the waiting time. Yes it is bit much. But the service provided by the bank staff is top notch. I went here to open a bank account and I got the best service from one of the staff. I asked for her consent before posting this review. Her name is Netta. It was a great experience. She explained all the procedures and answered many questions I asked about the banking system in Finland. Very methodical explanations. Netta was great and efficient! Wishing her all the best!! I came here for an account creation. Had to wait 10-15min for my turn after taking a token. The staff was so patient and kind, helped me figure out all the details of how S group membership works. Explained me how I can utilise the bonus and the benefits of the card. The whole process took about 30min, and it was very smooth. I would highly recommend this bank based on this experience.
