Don't go after 7pm even though they mentioned it's available till 8pm on weekdays. They just covers the ticket machine before one or two hours of their closing time. It's pity that we have to go their service points just to unlock user id.

The staff were super nice. Evelina (Maybe I misspelt it) was super nice. Explained the contract and all the features patiently. Didnt need to wait as compared to the other stories i have heard about the other banks wher you have to take a appointment which might take weeks and then bank account which might take even more weeks. Definately recommended especially if this is the first time you are opening a bank account in Finland

Identification locked while abroad. Entire trip without app because I have to go to S-bank in Finland to show my passport. Bank change ahead. Terrible customer service. I give zero stars.

An hour wait. People are angry in the waiting room. Staff all at lunch time when nothing happens other than customers being made to squat in the waiting room. Customer service is very inflexible. Luckily another customer service representative saved the situation. I was with my 92 year old mother and we came from a long way. The job was not done. Very bad bank. Very bad customer service.

Terribly long lines. Why don't you open more points or more customer service? It's also strange that you can't handle basic banking matters remotely.
