The 24-year-old female staff member's attitude was absolutely awful. Even though I clearly stated at the beginning that I didn't have time, she continued a lengthy personal conversation with another customer (about their age, where they live, money, etc.), and honestly, I felt that discussing such topics in the store was inconsiderate. She put me on the back burner during that time, with no consideration for my time whatsoever. Also, when I asked if she had any documents necessary for the procedure, she said she didn't. In the end, someone else assisted me, but she asked for identification and a seal. Even though the store wasn't particularly busy, she said it would take more than 30 minutes, which made me suspicious. I asked another staff member, "Does it really take that long?" and received a vague response, "I guess it does." Her explanation was also inconsistent, leaving me feeling distrustful. I felt that the 24-year-old woman wasn't communicating, so when I asked to be handed

Basically, the information desk staff are uneducated and their customer service attitude is worse than that of a part-time worker at a convenience store. It's almost laughable when the reviews are so accurate. The counter staff should be ashamed of their work! I won't say much, but I've never seen an overall review rating of 1.9 or anything like that. I think these ratings from counter customers say it all. I recommend that someone from headquarters conducts surprise inspections of the customer service at the Kinshicho branch.

I went there many times to cancel my company's regular savings account, and because the representative change procedure hadn't been completed, a proxy couldn't cancel the account, and even when I brought the representative or previous representative, they couldn't cancel it. But I didn't give up and made time to call around to see if there was anything I could do, and I was finally able to cancel it. Even in this day and age, it's a hassle... It wouldn't be that difficult if the representative themselves could go through the procedure without a change of representative, but in the end, you'll need the share ownership rate, seal certificate, certified copy, and various other documents, so it's best to make sure to inquire beforehand. Takano-san, a woman who probably works in a general position, was clear and detailed, and I was able to cancel the account, which was a big help. As someone who records entries in the bankbook every month, it's important to close unused accounts smoothly..

I made a proper reservation before going. I was a little scared because the reviews were so bad, but the bank employee's attitude wasn't particularly bad. Nowadays, making a reservation is the norm, even at banks. You'll probably do a lot of research before going to the bank, so if you want to be sure your procedure will go smoothly, it's better to make a reservation, right? Once you make a reservation, there's almost no wait time. Well, three bank employees took turns with my procedure, and while they weren't unpleasant, I felt they lacked knowledge... It wasn't a particularly complicated procedure, but it took two hours, and they didn't know much about their own bank's products. I don't think it's right to expect customers to know more than they do. I've been using Resona Bank since its predecessor bank for over 20 years, and I had planned to use it for the rest of my life, but when I got home I realized that the explanations were incorrect, and I lost trust and affection for them,

It's just so slow! There's only one counter, so even small transfers always require a long wait! And you can't even withdraw your own money in cash! After making you wait so long, when you finally get there they ask if they can just transfer the money, or that it will take a while to prepare the cash. This bank is really messed up! I've been using them for business purposes for a long time, but it's so frustrating I want to switch to another bank. Everything is so slow, how long do they make me wait?
