As far as I know, the service is polite at all the branches, but the service here was so polite that it was almost moving. The service was so heartwarming. "Please come again anytime," these words really struck me, and the rest of the service was also very polite. I would like to continue using this branch in the future! Thank you so much for your heartwarming service.

There are unfriendly people at the entrance, expressionless, almost arrogant people who look at you as if to ask, "What are you here for?", and when you leave there are rude people who can't even say thank you to the customer. One polite person is enough. I don't think two people are necessary.

Even though there were few customers, I had to wait a really long time. There was only one guide, so I took a number from the tablet at the entrance and waited, but they said that number couldn't be used and gave me a different number, but I still had to wait, and there was a staff member at the counter who just stood there and didn't ask me why I had come, so it was just a bad experience. I really regret not going to a store in front of a station other than Umeda. Stopping by when you're in Umeda just makes you feel bad.

The website says that the reception hours are until 5pm, but when I went at 4:30pm, they said that they had already closed reception. What's going on?

0 stars or minus. I went there to exchange my money for new bills. From the receptionist to the person who helped me, I had a terrible experience from start to finish. If they're so reluctant to do their job, they should all just quit. I mean, if there's a currency exchange machine, is there someone standing next to it? Are they just standing there to make things uncomfortable? I guess they only want to deal with big-ticket customers. In the end it was no use, so I went to Sumitomo Mitsui as well, but I felt more at ease there because I could do it with a machine under the same conditions, and the person assisting me was also pleasant.
