I wouldn't even give them one star. They said I can't open an account because I wouldn't be able to understand Japanese. As I spoke Japanese and read their documents in Japanese. Staff was rude and requested I prove I can understand Japanese. Makes no sense.
Resona bank has terrible policies & staff have no power to help. ATM card they issued never worked, when I requested a new one, they blamed me & force charged an extra payment. When I tried withdrawing my money, they interrogated me by asked so many questions!!! I'll never use this bank & warn you all against them.

The staff were rude, especially the loud-mouthed lady in her 60s. I tried to open an account but was told it was not possible and the reason was unclear.
I love historical buildings, so I always stop by when I'm in the area.
