Very bad service. I do not understand why these people refuse to speak English, even when someone has an urgent inquiry. I wasted one hour trying to connect with different people on the phone, and they still refused to listen in English. I remember that when I went to open my account, they assured me that they could speak English as well. Now I am very disappointed. I will be closing my account with them soon.
