Postbank Filiale 1B Bahnhofsplatz Mitte

I ordered a Postfach (P.O. Box) at this branch because I live on Norikerstraße in a large apartment building where my mail is very often not delivered and gets sent back—even though my name is clearly on the doorbell and the letterbox. ​I never received the confirmation letter about the Postfach, and I cannot pick up the keys because this branch is closed. I can see that my letters are already being forwarded to the Postfach, but I cannot access them because of the closed branch. How can you close a main branch for an entire month? ​Even the customer service is a disaster. On the phone, nobody speaks English, and they refuse to help me without a specific shipment number. The chat support is exactly the same. Lol. A non-functioning postal service is a nightmare, and not being able to provide basic English support in the 21st century is a crime.
