Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend these accounts, now that I have a new one. It's a current account plus, but unfortunately, none of the employees mentioned that the savings account would be automatically closed. I consider that negligence, so I'm still looking into it. But I see this bank as a scam because I'm paying monthly account maintenance fees for absolutely nothing.

I went to the bank a few days ago to clarify some questions about my credit card statement. The woman at the counter was so unwilling to help me, as well as clueless and unfriendly, that I had to leave the bank without getting anything done. Having had several bad experiences with HypoVereinsbank's customer service, I can only advise everyone to avoid this bank. I will be looking for a new bank soon.

After 30 years, I'm leaving this bank. Incompetence has a name: UniCredit. Neither the employees nor the AI work here. And charging fees for something like this is beyond brazen.

I feel I am in good hands at HVB and am extremely satisfied with my advisor, Ms. Fuhrmann. Ms. Fuhrmann is very competent and dedicated. She wants the best for her clients and therefore takes plenty of time to consider their personal situations, preferences, and goals in her advice. Furthermore, she is simply a warm and always helpful person.

Incompetent and unfriendly staff. The bank is being obstructive in every way. I had a court order authorizing the release of the aforementioned funds to my account. Initially, I was told that the bank's headquarters are in Munich and that nothing could be done from there. When the order arrived in Munich, I was told there was a deadline, and only after that deadline could the funds be released. Now the deadline has passed, and they are claiming that a word is missing from the order, and without it, it is not legally valid. The bank showed absolutely no understanding, processing times are extremely long, and customer service tells me something different than the bank employees themselves. All in all: unfriendly, incompetent, and incapable. Addendum June 26, 2025: Dear HypoVereinsbank Team, I hope I misunderstood your response, because otherwise, one might think you are denying my experiences. If that is the case, you should consider whether this is truly good customer service. Nothin
