Le service est nul nul nul , the service is shitty , you have to wait sooooo long because some people has to deposit big amounts , they have one machine working, so it takes forever also somepeople works inside they're seems like they don't wanna work , please fix your bank

It's an Algerian national bank. It has several branches across the country, including the Algerian branch, specifically in the state of Oran. Their transactions are good, based on my experience. But this person (Ismail) who works there is a bit arrogant; I'm warning you, he manipulates accounts to steal. He's disabled.
Terrible service, the car loan agent was completely useless, totally indifferent, and the welcome was awful. You walk into this mediocre department at 9:30 am and you leave after 2 or 3 hours. The service is incredibly slow. It's nowhere near as bad as the competing banks. It's like being at the town hall, with all due respect to the town hall.
I already had a car loan in 2007 and I was very well received; I never had any problems with the bank during the 60-month loan period, mashallah.
