The worst bank in terms of treatment and service, especially the negotiation agency. The tellers had no business dealing with subscribers.
Making a deposit takes 5 minutes, but withdrawing money from your account takes 2 to 3 hours. Another problem is that the cashier gives you your money, and you have to count it yourself. The counting machines don't have dual displays, which isn't right. You need to modernize your machines. Be aware that Chinese machines use dual displays, even though you're supposedly professionals with professional equipment! There's also an old woman at the counter who's always grumpy and rude. She's very slow; it's like she's giving us her own money. You need to recruit young, dynamic, smiling, and, above all, fast staff.
3 hours to make a withdrawal, rude agent, no human touch, waiting room from another century, nothing for the elderly, agency to avoid
2 hours for a cash withdrawal for a 90-year-old. No compassion.
The worst bank in Algeria. No service, no customer care. I do not recommend it.
