A disastrous experience at CAP Bank. • Arrived at 10:00 AM, left at 5:00 PM. • No privacy whatsoever: five people in the same office, everyone can hear your personal information and the amounts you're spending. • The teller counted my money twice, claiming 10,000 dinars were missing. When I recounted it myself, the amount was correct. This isn't about the money, it's about trust: you should never doubt the honesty of a bank. Slow service, lack of respect, and a complete absence of professionalism. I strongly advise against using this bank.
A completely incompetent customer service department. As a new customer at this bank, I couldn't even make a simple withdrawal. I waited an hour and a half for nothing. Avoid this bank at all costs. I've only been a customer for a month, and I'm switching banks. Some people are served before others. Secretaries only open the office for whomever they please. A bank to avoid!
