System was down for transfers but I wanted to exchange and security said it was fine. The lady at the front was preoccupied on her phone and was extremely rude. She refused to give me a a number. She turned her back on me a few times. Terrible experience, just avoid

The worst in the word , poor customer support very unprofessional and unhelpful and this is not even the problem I requested the check book the fees was deducted and the check book is not issued, customer support giving me mixed information I don’t what to call this other than stealing from customers, I totally not recommend dealing with the bank
