I would give them zero stars I used to deal with CIB when it was a bank. Currently it is anything but a bank No appreciation for their customers and you feel you work for them not the other way around. They have zero motivation to help! My advice is STAY AWAY!

Worst bank in the world, only secobd to HSBC, stay away, multipke other options that are,also way better. Specially if you are a dual citizen or want to deposit foreign currency, they will take your mobey but will give you hard time uf you want YOUR mobey back

Amazingly bad, been waiting for over 4 hours. There are about 3 people only working. They make u wait outside in the hot sun mo matter how old or sick u are.!! Just avoid this branch completely if you can

The young-ish employees are really ignorant and would make up stuff instead of looking up answers (balash tefto ya gama3a da bank!) Other than that the staff is friendly and quick. Could be crowded on days close to weekends and holidays but the wait is usually short. Try visiting after 3 PM for the shortest wait.
