Great and speedy service. Given that the branch isn't super busy most of the days, waiting time for both customer service and teller doesn't exceed 10-15 minutes and that when it is on a busy/rush day. I usually get to the window or the agent right away with no wait at all. The agents are friendly and helpful and are willing to explain things for you or suggest alternatives of online banking if it would be cost saving for you and even request manager's permission to accelerate foreign currency purchases. There are also two ATM machines outside the branch which include one for deposits.

The service isn't good... Most of the time the electronic numbers on the board are different from the number of the person at the counter receiving the service. For example, if the board shows number 11, you'll find the teller ahead of customer number 15 😏😏. The staff inside the branch are not adhering to or maintaining social distancing.

The customer service staff are slow and unresponsive. It's one of the worst customer service branches; you can open an account for a customer in an hour, but if you look at the details of what the employee is doing, you'll know she's joking around, not working and getting things done. The cash register is a bit fast.
