Worst ambank. Serious talk. Teller counter is ok, fast enough. HOWEVER, the customer service counter very slow. slowest than "snail". They only have ONE counter. Forget it to come to this branch. If you want to wait 5hours only can come here
Friendly staff！ Fast service
Very bad service. I just wanna settle my loan payment but they are making it hard for customers to do so. What's worse is that they never pick up calls, which makes us customers getting a hard time to deal with them cuz they're making us had to come to the branch. Overall it's a bad experience for me so please improve it. Thanks
