When customers encounter problems, they keep pushing the responsibility around. I asked them to provide a solution, but they did not treat customers like customers at all. They kept talking nonsense and making excuses. I told them about the problems I was facing and also about the issues with the branch where I originally opened my account (Teluk Intan CIMB). I requested that they help connect the call. Instead, her manager questioned me, saying, “If you can’t get through, do you think we can?” CIMB is a chain bank. Is this the kind of attitude you should have—questioning customers like this and not providing any solutions? I strongly advise everyone not to open a CIMB bank account.

There is no system to manage account opening activities. Staff wrongfully entertained que cutters. Because of no system available, things happen and piss off with few customers who spend their time waiting.

I arrived at 9:19. There were no staff at the front counter. One guy attended to me at 9:50 am. The customer service representative said, “Oh, dorang semua kat bilik kebal, kena locked x boleh keluar.” I think they’re so incompetent. Why must all of them go at once? It's like nobody cares about attending to the customers. Very slow service, and no apologies. “Saya pon jaga personal loan je” The manager seemed unaware of what was going on. I even heard one staff member say, “Eh, takde orang kat depan semua breakfast lagi” Close down this branch! It's not functioning at all. Working like goverment style. U think i come early just to wait for you guys??????

on 22 6 2021 , the operation hr is from 9.15 till 1pm ( lucky for the staff ) please be advise to come very early to avoid from going home , which the bank is close at 1pm even you came on 11am or 12pm . the security guard need to follow by sequence of customer getting inside since ive waited for about 1 hr today . But the staff is friendly and treat you with good manners . keep up the good work guys

I went there yesterday around 4pm, and the abg front counter near with entrance dor served me with great hospitality. he help me settled my issue.staff on counter very helpfull , i remember the staff if counter 3 during that time and then i received my card bank with another staff maybe counter 5 i think, he also very nice!
