If possible I will give them zero star. So poor their customer service that customer will not feel welcome at all. Applying double standards of service. Banking is a customer service industry and they failed miserably here.

Good Customer Service and Fast

A few months ago, I visited your branch to inquire about my ASBF statement. I was attended by a Malay female officer who requested my email and IC number, assuring me that she would follow up. Unfortunately, no action was taken and I did not receive any response. I then had to personally follow up by calling the bank. On my first call, I was informed that the officer was on leave and was asked to call again the following week. When I did so, I was once again asked to provide my email and IC details — which I had already given previously. Despite this, there has still been no follow-up until today. This clearly shows a lack of responsibility, poor internal communication, and unacceptable service standards. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for basic requests. Please take this matter seriously and improve your service quality, as this experience has been extremely disappointing.
