Stated operation hour opened at 9am and I arrived at 9.10am. When I arrived I’ve been approached by the security guard by saying I need to wait for a while for them having group meeting, that is more than 20mins. In front of the customer, they discussed about the operation task and upcoming system update. Such a weak time management and fail to conceal bank privacy to themselves, not in front of the customers. This is not the 1st time, it’s like every day meeting that taking operations hours. Truly bad management.

This branch useless. Staff a lot and customer not many. I also need to wait so long. 30mins still not serving. Overhead them just upselling package but no time to serve existing customer.
