I recently visited CIMB Bank Lebuh Pantai, Penang, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Yeoh Siew Tin for her exceptional assistance. She was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire account update process smooth and pleasant. Her dedication and customer-first attitude truly reflect the high standards of service that every customer hopes for. Rude staff, no manners at all. Even customer services officer also rude. Cannot talk nicely to people. Other cimb branches staff not like that. Treated customer like trash. Attitude like this how to work in service line?

Environment is good. But counter 12 name siti Really rude attitude 😒 cant talk nicely with customer. We are waiting for our number, she simply said will late n told to infront customer care girl shout at her i will late laa. Such a rude character

No sensible staff. Clearly told them I came in for small change of Rm1 and rm5 for business use. Gave me the slip to fill in and a number to wait. Upon at counter the staff told no small notes and ask me to leave. Hello I have work also. I specifically told my needs. If they can't provide then don't waste my precious time to wait and fill in forms. Ridiculous. This is not the 1st time they have nonsense customers service. I regret having my business and personal account with CIMB.

Bank now is different. With the era of online banking, there is no longer long queue like in the past.
