I would like to file a complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional behaviour my mother experienced at the Seremban AmBank branch(Date/Time: 18/11/25 13:15pm). The staff member who served her displayed an aggressive attitude and did not provide proper assistance, especially considering that my mother is not fluent in Malay. She requested help to check her statement and also asked about the current bank interest, but the staff did not offer any support.She rated herself "excellent" in that feedback system. My mother has been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and it is disappointing to receive such service after all this time. I was not present during the incident, so I do not know the staff member’s name, but is an Indian girl (operator:10023597)who served her, but I hope the branch can look into this matter and ensure that your team is trained to treat all customers with respect and patience. It is the height of unkindness. They speak as if they are angry, making it impossible to ask any questions or start a conversation. It feels like they just want to drive customers away.
Due to certain reasons, my parents needed to open a joint account in this bank. Fortunately, we met a Chinese staff member who was responsible for assisting with the account registration. She was very kind, patiently explained everything, and even get a help from her colleagues to complete our request in a short time. I sincerely thanks her from the bottom of my heart, especially as I was already feeling quite stressed with current problems. Thank you for your help and patience toward my parents. Customer service must undergo proper training. Lack of knowledge, giving instruction without confirm or unsure. Handling/communicating customer p&c details infront of another customer. Any kind of enquiry or clarification with customer must be done in proper manner / priofessional way. I felt i was treated in a very poor manner.
Staff should undergo retraining, not knowledgeable and not able to understand feedback from customer, I doubt they know what their job scope is
