All the staffs are very attentive and helpful. They helped solving my problems. So nice
Extremely slow and inefficient branch and bank as a whole. The staff don’t seem to know what their own procedures are, can’t communicate in English or Bahasa well. Half the counters unmanned. Need a serious overhaul in their work culture
Bad experience at welcome counter haha, long queue and the staff will just reject you for some nit requirement (for account opening), better just apply online i guess
Very very slow, waited 2:30 hours just to open account, (with only 7 front queue number) Ridiculous standard
