This is going to be a lengthy reviews 1. The staff at the front counter is not helpful and avoid eye contact with customers 2. The placement of qr code for queue number is so hidden? And so smalll! Why? Why the need for qr? When we end up asking which button to press anyway? And i ended up taking numbers three times! And they cleared my number after i take the wrong number and rudely said “adik ke yg ambil number tu” seriously you address your customer like that? Adik?! 3. Went there to report on my unauthorized transactions after calling hq. And hq asked me to file at the bank. They didnt trust me! Hello ask your hq la. You think i know the actual procedures? 4. Overall the counter staff is actually polite. But i think the service is terrible. 5. It took me two hours from making new card, to making report on the unauthorized transaction. And it was not pleasant. So disappointed.

Worst branch, worst service, closing at 4.30,and wasting clients time tooo... No one answering the calls as well.. Wasted paying such a irresponsible staffs. No professional service at all...

Small CIMB bank located in Seremeban city center. Not many ATM machines available in this bank. Parking space limited and quite packed during peak hours. Staffs were a little impolite during our visit and inefficient, long queue.

Service very bad 8 counter but only 1 counter open then serve customers 10 to 20 min per customer how come plsssss

Worst service ever!!! you can’t them to be efficient because you need need to waste half of your day in the bank because the staff take their own sweet time to serve, they don’t even follow the queue, i don’t even know what kind of system they are running! so upset with their service
